Ingredients
- 4 lbs Top Round Roast
- 8 tbsp dry rub

Preheat smoker to 250 degrees
Add wood chips of choice
Add dry rub to meat
Smoke approximately 4 hours or until internal temp reaches 160 degrees
Wrap two rounds of Parchment Paper
Smoke another 2 hours or until internal temp reaches 205-210 degrees
Rest 30 mins
